Most agencies in the lower price segment work with so-called modular systems of prefabricated figures and graphics. Such a video does not have to be bad, but the disadvantages should be clear to you.
The video can neither be adapted to your individual wishes nor to your corporate design - an off-the-shelf video.
In the middle to more expensive price segment, you can assume that the figures and graphics are really created for you. If in doubt, you should ask the agency here.
